RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange, online store credit, or refund within seven days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in original and unused condition. CHEZ LES FILLES will not be liable for items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging on your behalf. Online store credits expire after one year. Unless a return results from our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original, return or exchange shipping costs. All sale items are Final Sales and are not eligible for exchange or return.

DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE

Despite our best efforts to prevent it, items occasionally are damaged during shipping. Should this happen, you must keep all the original packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will replace your item and ship it as soon as we have received the original package.

GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are non-returnable and expire after one year.
