SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders ship via PostNL from our store in Amsterdam. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, confirming your order is being processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Please note that customers are responsible for monitoring their parcels. Failure to collect your parcel from your local post outlet will result in your package being returned to us, upon which you will be required to cover the cost of re-posting the package. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an error where you are a fault (e.g., incorrect address details provided to us), CHEZ LES FILLES will not be liable for the re-postage of your order. If you wish to have your parcel re-delivered, you will need to cover the re-delivery costs.
A signature is required upon delivery. Should you waive your signature upon delivery, neither CHEZ LES FILLES nor PostNL can be held responsible for your package once it is left at your door.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Unless noted otherwise, we ship all items within three business days of receiving an order. If a cancellation or delay occurs, you will receive a notification. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
